Red Flag Specialists Ltd offers a simple fixed-fee debt recovery service designed to help recover smaller outstanding debts quickly and professionally.

 

Fixed Fee

For debts with a value of up to £5,000, our recovery service is available for:

£375 + VAT

This is a one-off upfront fee to commence recovery action.

 

What the Service Includes

Our recovery package includes:

• Review of the debt and case details

• Issuing to the debtor

• Contact with the debtor via

• Negotiation of

• Debtor tracing where necessary

Commission on Recovered Funds

If we successfully recover the debt:

• A commission fee of 10% +VAT will apply to any sums recovered, whether paid to or directly to the client.

 

Payment of Recovered Funds

Where funds are paid to Red Flag Specialists Ltd, they will be transferred to the client minus the agreed commission of 10% + VAT and any applicable fees.

If the debtor pays the client directly, the client agrees to notify Red Flag Specialists Ltd immediately and pay the applicable 10% + VAT commission.

 

If the Debt Is Not Recovered

If recovery is unsuccessful within the service period:

• No additional recovery fees will be charged beyond the initial £375 + VAT fee.
